As a first-time mom and someone who comes from a large, close-knit family, I understand the importance of connection, empathy, and creating a safe space to process life’s challenges. I am a psychotherapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and have dedicated the past 29 years to the mental health and addiction field.
